Fixed tubesheet shell-and-tube heat exchangers with increased thermal effectiveness с with expansion pipe on shell in diameter 159, 273, 325, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 mm are intended for heating and cooling of liquids and fluids in technological processes of oil refining, chemical, petrochemical and natural gas industries.

Heat exchangers are subdivided: for its intended purpose — into heat exchangers (T), refrigerators (X), condensers (К), evaporators (И); in design — into fixed tubesheet  heat exchangers (Н) and heat exchangers with expansion pipe on shell (К). In vessels the smooth tubes (Г) are used, as well as the tubes with moving ring grooves — diaphragmatic tubes (Д).

The vessels can be used in areas with moderate and tropical climates. 

Shell and tube heat exchangers with a floating head, with U-type tubes with a diameter of 325, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 mm are intended for heating and cooling of liquids and fluids in technological processes of oil refining, chemical, petrochemical and natural gas industries.

Heat exchangers are classified for its intended purpose to heat exchangers (T), refrigerators (the X) and condensers (C).

The vessels can be used in areas with moderate and tropical climates.

Tube bundles are manufactured at the customer's request.

Intended for heat exchange between the technological environments with temperatures ranging from minus 60 to plus 550 ° C in the chemical, petrochemical, oil, gas and other industries, except for nuclear power.

The vessels can be operated in the areas with seismicity up to 6 points inclusive.

Trim coolers for stationary opposed reciprocating general purpose compressors with a capacity of 50 m³ per minute (ХК-50), 100 m³ per minute (ХК-100) intended for air cooling, directed to the consumer with the simultaneous release of the moisture and oil. 

Rapid water-to-water sectional heaters heat networks are intended for water heating in heating systems and hot water of residential, public and industrial buildings.

Heaters are made of smooth tubes with the diameter of 57-325 mm, of the length 2 m and 4 m with carbon, stainless steel, brass tubes with the diameter of 16, 20 и 25 mm.

Sectional heaters are joined by the bends.

The maximum pressure is 1-1,6 MPa (10—16 kgf/cm²) at temperatures up to 200 ° C.

Intended for heating systems and hot water systems operating in the mode 70/150 °C, 70/130 °C and 70/95 °C.

Two-way heaters, four-way and with flat bottoms.

Tube bundles are manufactured at the customer's request. 

Intended for evaporation of gas fractions from liquid media, can be used as evaporators in the chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and other industries.
